Thank you! We are excited that you are making a step toward purchasing a home.
To participate in HOME’s homeownership program and qualify for down-payment assistance, applicant(s) purchasing the home are required to have at least $40,000 in combined annual household income AND be under the maximum income limits listed on the previous page.
In the package, you will find a Credit Authorization Form. If you want to receive services, you must complete all items on the Credit Report Authorization Form.
Please allow us up to two weeks to contact you once we receive your authorization form. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We look forward to working with you and providing you with high quality service that we know will result in a safe investment for you and your family.
