Housing Stability Program

Housing Stability Program Overview

The program aims to divert evictions though financial literacy education. By focusing on spending management, financial goal setting, protecting personal property, smart budgeting, and sustainable money management techniques, we empower tenants to minimize or avoid the impact housing instability can have on a household. We provide both group education, and individual counseling to improve personal credit, manage debt, boost earning capability, and develop a personalized plan for building wealth and assets. In addition, we will help our participants identify supportive services that can aid in financial sufficiency and help maintain housing stability.

The program aims to:
  • Build financial confidence.
  • Teach sustainable financial decision-making.
  • Promote mindful money management.
